Did someone say bacon? Why yes, yes we did. Our creamy roasted beet and bacon bisque is just as yummy as it is beautiful. Vibrantly colored, this down-home recipe of cream, fresh dill, beets and bacon will bring you to your knees.

This traditional plate will take you back to those family meals you had with your cousins. It’s a true labor of love as we hand-roll fresh cabbage leaves filled with ground beef, pork sausage, rice, and seasoning and cook it oh so slowly in tomato sauce. Frozen for your convenience in an oven ready pan.

STACKERS

Taking Philadelphia sandwiches to a whole new level!

"THE ORIGINAL" PK STACKER — $8

The creation of our lip-smacking PK Stacker is the culinary equivalent of Thomas Edison’s invention of the light bulb. SERIOUSLY. Our traditionally crafted Potato Cheddar Pierogie is the captain of this stacker as it is perfectly paired with Port Richmond smokehouse kielbasa, sautéed sauerkraut and onion, spicy mustard, and then stacked high on grilled rye bread. Take a few minutes to enjoy! 

SPICY CHICKEN STACKER — $8

Made for the gods, the Spicy Chicken Stacker enters unchartered sandwich territory and will have your taste buds jumping for joy. It’s the heavenly marriage of our one-of-a-kind Jalapeno Potato Cheddar Pierogie, a spicy pan-fried chicken cutlet, a healthy amount of crispy bacon, loads of melted cheddar cheese, and sautéed onions topped with garlic pepper mayo carefully stacked (like an intense game of jenga) on a toasted Kaiser roll. Did we mention that it has its own fan page? You’ll see why soon enough!

EGGPLANT PARMESAN STACKER (Vegetarian) — $8 

Simply said, our Eggplant Stacker is comfort food for the soul. Our Farmers Cheese Pierogie takes center stage in this delightful creation. Meticulously stacked atop breaded eggplant, fresh baby spinach, melted provolone cheese, diced tomato-parmesan sauce, and served on a grilled Kaiser roll. This stacker bursts with flavor and all the goodness of grandma’s Sunday dinners. 

PATTY STACKER*

James Joyce never had a chance to enjoy the Patty Stacker, but we’re pretty sure it would have changed his life. The Patty Stacker showcases our gourmet Mushroom Pierogie stacked alongside thinly sliced (hot?) roast beef and melted Swiss Cheese that is topped with mild horseradish sauce and served on grilled rye bread.

WILD SALMON WRAP*

A customer favorite, our Wild Salmon Wrap delightfully combines the wholesome flavors of our Garlic & Herb Potato Pierogie with a flawlessly pan seared salmon filet, roasted red peppers, fresh baby spinach, fresh cucumber, Swiss cheese, and garlic pepper mayo inside herb garlic wrap.

THE FOOT LONG STACKER*

“Foot long! Who’s got the foot long?!?!” Yes! Yes! Yes! This stacker is 12 inches of Sauerkraut Pierogie and Port Richmond smokehouse kielbasa glory. Topped with melted Swiss cheese, sautéed onions, and spicy mustard, and stacked on a fresh toasted long roll, it’s the perfect sandwich for the extended lunch hour.

Carefully created with you in mind, our Veggie Stacker unites the bold flavors of our Spinach & Jack Cheese Pierogie with a marinated chicken breast OR a portabella mushroom that is accompanied by roasted red peppers, melted Swiss cheese, sautéed onions, and garlic pepper mayo stacked on a fresh Kaiser roll. 

BUFFALO BLEU GRILLED CHEESE*

Sweet mercy, it really doesn’t get any better than this, does it? We took an American classic to a new level. Our Buffalo Bleu Grilled Cheese features our mouth-watering Buffalo Bleu Chicken Pierogie stacked inside grilled rye bread with not just one, not just two, but THREE cheeses and creamy buffalo sauce.

PORTABELLA STACKER*

Carefully created with you in mind, our Veggie Stacker unites the bold flavors of our Spinach & Jack Cheese Pierogie with a portabella mushroom that is accompanied by roasted red peppers, melted Swiss cheese, sautéed onions, and garlic pepper mayo stacked on a fresh Kaiser roll.
